all my tag and smiles are not work, everytime i click on thems it bring me to the top of the page, is there anyway i could fix it, thank in advance

Bringing you up to the top of the page? Maybe I should report this bug to Floris...you could figure out the codes for each smiley and tag. For example: :D = ColonD.

OK, but could you please learn the codes? Your Tags and Smilies are easy to learn as codes. :D=ColonD.

If you do not want to, then I cannot, in any way, fix your problem. If you have a slow computer, use the codes. I use the codes all the time; like when I'm using: :P=ColonP. It would be much easier if you could learn them. If not, you'll just have to be a member on vBulletin without the use of smilies and tags (whereas you can use them, but you do not and cannot be bothered to learn them).
