my forum use code UTF-8,because i am from Viet Nam

but now i just upgrade Gamma,code is eroor

What browser are you using?

you need to make sure the correct language code is used (check the style manager) and you need to make sure you have it

at first i use Beta 7,code is normal,but when i upgrade Gamma,
so i use UTF-8 similar Beta 7 but code is error
