Some people are glued on the idea of starting from scratch and getting something for nothing when really you don't. For example those traffic programs that shows up on your hit-o-meter but you get nothing. Why? You're not doing anything. You're trying to take the easy way out in which you will get what you give.
If you have a board that should have a logo of a rolling hay pile because nobody will talk because well they are just too shy and aren't good at starting conversations then

You sign up on someone else's board and post and in return they do the same but if you want more posts on your board then post more on that other person's board and if they don't post back at yours, then just simply quit posting on their board. That is what an exchange is about.
