Some admins prefer to use a subdomain for their forums (forums.website.com), and others are happy without (website.com/forums). Do you use a subdomain for your forums? If so, is there any particular reason why? :)

I am pleased with how it is now.

Same here. I set it up as a subdomain and members can access it either through a subdomain or through a /forums setup.

I use a subdomain cause it's much simpler as a root.

No need for a subdomain. http://forums.yoursite.com is just about as long as http://www.yoursite.com/forums
