This is a call to those who have some time to write an articles, tutorial, review or make an interview for our vbulletin fan web site.

The topic can be about anything that you want, 250 words or more and be about forums, boards, communities, blogs, vbulletin, forum software (or their developers), or web development, marketing or something related to this.

You get: publicity and no money. Full credits, including a link to your web site. And let us know if you allow us to submit it to for example our partner sites big-boards, taz, olate, cc, etc.

Read the announcement in the submit-forum here: http://www.vBulletin-Fans.com/forumdisplay.php?f=28 (http://www.vBulletin-Fans.com/forumdisplay.php?f=28)

And then press on 'new thread' in that forum.

Your submission is moderated, so you can edit it and view it, but others can't (except our staff).

When we aprove it and use your submission it will be published at least on our web site.

You can submit unlimited articles, news, guides, experiences, interviews, tutorials, etc.

Get inspiration by browsing our current news & articles forum and perhaps something comes to mind.

Did you already publish your work on TAZ or other sites? Well, it is your copyright so if you also want to submit it on our site: you're invited.

Help us grow our web site and you get in return publicity for your own web site. The better your article the more (news/forum) sites will pick it up. I mean, our articles alone already received more then 25.000 views over the last 12 months.

Thank you! Questions? Ask :gator:

I have the time to write a lot of articles but I don't have the knowledge :(. I've never created a really successful board so I can't give advice to others.

I've got a question when it comes to interviews. How do you get those important people to do interviews? I've tried before in the past and I couldn't figure out how to ask them. I'd be interested in possibly doing an interview with someone but I don't know how you go about getting one arranged.

I have the time to write a lot of articles but I don't have the knowledge :(. I've never created a really successful board so I can't give advice to others.Start with one, see how people reply to it and figure out what they like and do not like. Everybody who's in school or completed it has enough knowledge to pick a topic, write an introduction to explain what it is about and what to expect from the article. Write about the topic and finish it off with an outro to give it a complete-feeling. An article, guide, experience, interview or review doesn't have to be long or complex. Sometimes making something complex very easy in words is highly appriciated because the majority doesn't know exactly what is what. Don't feel shy and give it a try! I've helped my staff members too with giving hints and info on where to find information and work together to try and make something work. I'm sure you do fine.

Sounds promising and can't wait for you to submit one, some time this year.

So far, we've received a few submissions and one is being prepped for release this week.

Usually you know the person and/or find someone who you believe might be behind the idea of your web site, project or service/product and you guess he or she is willing to take some time to not only promote themselves through getting published in an interview, but also their customers or just help out the web site.

Pick the person carefully as it makes it more special, rather then just any random person that will go 'uh oh, hold on..' If you pick the right person, think twice about your questions and allow them to pre-read the questions and take time to answer it, you get positive feedback, proper answers and have time to write it out into a good interview. .. Which is something one has to learn. I hope to master it one day. But so far I've been good friends with the vBulletin developers so I could ask present them with questions and publish it on this web site.

Expect more from the vBulletin staff this year!
