I want:

Post edit history
Integraded user warning system
HTML emails : Speaks for it
Force Site rules (Announcements) to be read: Some kind of push messages per usergroup.
Reocurring Subscriptions!! and better Subscriptions reports.
View posts edits: Never arguing with a user what is orginal post where before you warned him and he altered his post.
Copy XX templates from One style to Another: So simple, i can't believe it isn't standard.
Expired threads: Show warning when trying to reply to thread older then xx weeks.
Restrict style changes per usergroup.

1 staff control panel is a good suggestion :)

aside from some of the good suggestions already submitted, i would like an usegroup option (or modification to the mod panel with conditional of course) that would allow my super mods the ability to ip ban on the rare chance that such a measure would be needed

A feature I'd like to see is the gmail spell checker feature. Where you can click besides the [increase/decrease, check spelling] link on the check spelling link. Inline fix the spelling errors and click on 'resume compose my post'.

Now that I remind myself, add an option to save as draft.

[increase-/descrease height, save as draft, check spelling]

I'd like Tachy available for moderators use. Also pruning inactive users doesn't delete them but moves them to a designated usergroup - automating this procedure would be nice. Oh and the proxy to real IP hack included as standard.
