Either your hosting sucks, your on shared hosting or you have a busy forum, but it happens that your cpu and ram and resources are busy and your Load goes up. no biggy really just dont let it go to high

what you do when it goes up?

I restart apache at first place and check what mostly uses the memory..

Run top and read the logs .. restarting the server if all fails :P
