Do you allow your guests to post, if so, do you delete their posts? if so, do you hard deleete or soft deleete ?

Do you allow members to post and delete their own posts, iof so, hard / soft ?

do you let your staff delete posts (and physically)

or you archive it all ?

guests cannot post on my forum.
i allow my members to soft delete their own posts and the staff is also only allowed to soft delete. however, if the post or thread in question is violates forum rules it gets archived in our trash forum instead.
