I have about 15 custom profile fields on my vb forum and various of them are customer numbers and stuff like that. How do you get your customers to keep their profile up to date?
In this web site I just read the announcement of 3.0.7 being released, that reminds me of the profile (if the staff is lucky) and I go to the ucp>options and select the latest version after I upgraded my site.
On my web site I notice that 95% of the people don't even update their profile, and about 50% (guess) doesn't even set profile options.
