View Full Version : Problem with only some styles

I'm using the latest version of vb3, and up until now I have been able to fix any sort of problenm I ran into. I am using a hacked up version of vb, but mostly it's changing the extensions to html, and incorporating a portal into it. In fact, if I recall, that's all I've done.

Anyway, just recently I went to change my current style, and ran into an error when I went to save the css.

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /main/admincp/css.html could not be found on this server.
It lets me edit older styles' css fine, but the latest doesn't work, and neither does it work if I export the style and then import it fresh. So, if anyone can help me figure out what this error might mean, I would be greatly appreciated. Remember...older styles work, but newer ones don't. I would gladly run more tests to try and see a pattern....

Thanks in advance.

Are you using a mod_rewrite in .htacess? ReWrite rule?

Did your host recently implement the mod_security fixes? Mine did and I ran into a similar problem which they promptly fixed.

You know, I much prefer the help I get here over the help I get over at vbulletin official sites...thanks tgmorris. I'm looking into it, and it does seem to be rather random, unfortunately.
The good thing is that it's been happening to others, and the bad thing is it can affect any file.
