vBskinZ is one of our friends, and he is currently working really hard to convert his styles to vBulletin version 3. I believe he will try to release them after RC1. But I am sure they will be released after Gold.

Through our site you could purchase 3 styles, and get 1 for free. Might be worth looking into.

Anyway,
You could always e-mail the author of the skins on that site and ask him. His service requests are answered quite quickly (own experience).

Also how hard would it be to convert as I really cant wait that long (how long is it before rc is meant to be released?)

the only option I would have is to downgrade my board :(
