No. He means you must be an active regular member of our boards. And I also think that modification is part of the Professional Style you can see here.

You can not have the style, you can not run the style. You do not have a license.
It is no longer for sale, like mentioned before. Sorry. You just have to live with that.

vBulletin.nl Pro Style is no longer being sold by floris. if floris lets me, I have s pare license i might be willing to sell :)
