But .. yes, styles are imported through the admin control panel.
You just can't upload any images or other files that are required for uploading.

the problem is we incorporated a new style set and accidentally deleted the portal page. so when anyone goes to the forum well see for your self. www.ranklist.com the first page is broke and to get into the forum you have to go to www.ranklist.com/forum/index.php

You could go through the install instructions again and see if everything is still in place.

no no the guy that had the question hehe. Because normally webhosting places now a days have an account type manager where you can do uploads from it (like plesix or cpanel) or it'll give you information on how to upload files.
