I believe vBulletin is php5 compatible but due to the fact that some array_merge functions changed there might be problems with lots of hacks.

Anyone already tested it?

i believe my localhsot before format was running php5 with no problems... might be wrong though.

It works fine with php 5 in my experance, altho I currently see no reason to upgrade to php 5 on live servers unless you are running a php 5 script along side of vB on the same box.

If you run into any issues with vBulletin and PHP5, confirm this issue and then report it to the devs, (after checking bug list) and we will look into it :)
