I know you can rename admincp/ and modcp/ to any name you want in config.php or something. But I am not sure how 100% and I don't want to break anything. Does someone have a tutorial for this perhaps or know how?

There are no problems with renaming admincp and modcp. However, renaming other directories will cause problems.

u rename in config.php and the actual folders themselves..... bout all you do for that :)

i guess if you sat and changed all the links and stuff you could rename any folder... but of no use really

There is a lot to edit if you choose to rename other folders. But as Disjunto pointed out, it's of no use.

Yea I did that once.... puzzled me for 3 days untill i noticed what I had done.
