I saw this on the forum description on this site: TOS, FUP, AUP, EULA

What is the difference?
FUP : fair use policy
TOS: Terms of Services
AUP: acceptable user policy
EULA: end user license agreement

Does my web site / forum require all those 4? Or is 1 enough and when should I use which one?

You should have a disclaimer, copyright notice and rules for the forum.
You can put that all in a TOS , a AUP or eula or fup is not needed for a forum really.
