Just edit his usergroup in the admincp !

That is good, my members can become moderators of my forum, before he has posted one post.

Good thing dutch is abit similar to german (altho Im pretty sure that translation was anus :p)

? man, I always thought that dutch was german, didn't know they were that different. As for the question, the easiest way is to login, and from the first page, search for the member name that you want to change the permission for, once the results are shown, click on the name of that particular member and from the drop down select the usergroup that you want to put them in and save it.

We moved more into a vb fan site, the dutch category got moved to the site www.vbulletin-netherlands.com (http://www.vbulletin-netherlands.com) where we develop the dutch language pack.

English on this site only sorry.
