what kind of pics are yall using for user reputations ?

im trying to get a nice graphics user reputations setting but dont know where to start

I've created my own little chrome 'dots' with a little symbol of a person. Works like a charm :)

How many people use user reputations? I know of one forum which turned them off because of the trouble they were causing. Being used somewhat like flames I believe. I've got them off for now but would be interested to know others experience with them and if they'd been abused.
