I'm not sure if this belongs here but I will give it a shot & maybe somebody can help me out?

I have two web-sites with the same host and they are on the same server, my question is why is one all of a sudden running sooo slow that sometimes it even times itself out?? Both sites get the same ammount of traffic so that's not the problem but has anybody heard of forums getting a "bug" or something that could possibly cause this???

could be to do with a hack installed, or maybe lots of styles in installed (sometimes slows things down)

The forum has been running excellent up until yesterday, and I haven't added or modify anything in over a month. That's why I'm confused... :*(
