Personally I really ownly visit here and my own forums but I do try to skim through all the major vB related sites daily.

I have a small portal that loads as my homepage, it has rss feeds to various sites for the important categories, and several of them are the vbulletin communities, vbulletin.nl, vbulletin.com, vbulletintemplates.com, vbulletin-germany.com and vbulletin.org.
