Reeve of Shinra 18th August 2004, 07:19 AM The main site hit over a thousand members within 6 months but ours was a unique case. :) Daniel C 18th August 2004, 05:59 PM Took me a few hours and some work and it still hasn't gotten popular :P philosophyweb 25th August 2004, 07:20 PM took me 3 days of working on the site before going live then once live i was got 100 users in the first hr or so but still dont have over 300 Disjunto 25th August 2004, 07:27 PM took me about a month after i got my license to have a good active userbase. but i was running it illegally for about 3 weeks before hand (sorry jelsoft) rex_b 26th August 2004, 11:34 PM VB up and running with pro style about 2 days thanks to Disjunto ^^^ . LiquidIce 27th August 2004, 01:25 PM My old site infoslash.org got over 5000 members but i never renewed the name ive just got a new domain & im working on it slowly hpwilhelm 27th August 2004, 11:07 PM Setting up vb was quick, but building a knowledge community has taken time and alot of work. Pre-Launched late in january this year, became "popular" after about 2 months, and we now got a thriving niche community. I'm happy! :) Floris 30th August 2004, 04:43 PM I remember I once made a thread somewhere here or on vbulletin.com about me capturing with a lame camera that I installed vBulletin within 60 seconds! :) |
