Well, my favorite features in Vbulletin are well.... All of them! It is so customizable. Can't wait till I can afford a license. :)

Has to to be the templating system. This has completely spoiled me when it comes to developing the site.

The style manager and language manager are great features. Very powerful.

There are many other features that I use on a daily basis that are great.
