What are some of the things you have picked up about vBulletin along your journey of using it?

My #1 hint would have to be 'Become involved at other vB-powered forums, and stay up-to-date with things at the main ones.'

A second, but also important one: 'Dont make too many Usergroups unless you really have a need..and then keep an eye on permissions.'...we have one member who has filled the calendar with her upcoming vacations. :)

A third: If editing files, use editplus2 . Not Dreamweaver. DW bungs php up.

Yeah. Use Gzip. Helps alot. That's all of the advice I have for today....
