I've got an idea for vBulletin to make egg. modules for it that you can easialy load and unload? Like the file system, if it isn't loaded it takes less time to load a page and then you can fit the forum exactly in to your needs. Maybe you need just a 'original' forum and don't need all those extra stuff -> modules, future?
