I don't have a favorite but do tend to lean to the ones who always answer my questions fast and efficiently. So farit's been Zachery,Floris,Steve and Jake,but Zachery and Floris mostly.lol

I haven't had to deal with many of Jelsoft's employees, but the most who I enjoyed dealing with (in order of the best) are: Zachery, Steve, and Floris (hadn't had to deal with him too much on vb.com though).

I spend alot of time talking with jerry and helping him with the importers :)

Zak or floris are my favs probably... but thats only because i talk to them the most.

Well, I mainly visit the vBulletin official forums to get support on features I'm not sure of or to check if something's the right thing to do.

Zachery and floris, the two have helped me quite frequently and VERY quickly. Much thanks to them.

I'm sure other vB employees aren't bad, but I've had support from the two as far as I remember, so the only two I could really say would have to be Zachery and floris.

I talk to Zak and Floris the most, and Floris and I have had some fun times in IRC, I'm sure you can find the threads about it here if you have the extra time. I guess I could say they are my favorites as well, because I talk to them the most. I've talked to Steve and have had one conversation with Wayne, but that's it.

Steve, by far. He deserves the medal of 'best vbulletin support staff member'.

Scott, he's the only guy I've ever really talked to, plus we used to be really good friends (in an internet kinda way!)
