How much use does the Calendar on you boards get used ......

I voted yes: it is active and gets used sometines
because i dont use it as much as i should/want. :/

it's active and it should be used... sometimes is but i'm still prodding some of the people to use it :)

never ever gets used on my forums. mebbe some tut etc. to make people use this will be helpful :)

Actually , Its a very useful feature for my site - Media Calender. So I voted yes.

I got rid of the thing for now. When the band is playing shows again I'll probably fidget some useful way of using the calendar to list shows.

On my site is active, but, like many sites I've been into it, is rarely used... People doesn't get used to use a calendar/agenda on forums.

No one uses mine... but never had a reason to deactivate it.

It's getting used all the time, mosty to announce training, matches etc. (clan)

I updated our calendar program with nearly every holiday or event in the world and now our members are posting their own events. Very good section. :)

Thats a good idea. I was going to use it mainly for competition end dates and certain launch times which people might need to know.

Hmm, I deactived it on my forums, had it active for a few weeks and put a lot of events on it but it looked like noone ever used it, I decided to just post topics about it instead in a separate forum ;)

It was only staff who used ours to announce events / trade shows / etc. None of the users bothered to use it, I'm not even sure any of them looked at it.

Activated, but NEVER used. Kind of a useless feature unless your board is based on important dates/activities...like a sports board.

I voted gets used sometimes. Every once in a while I may post an event like a contest end date and I allow privileged members to request events, etc, but otherwise it is not my community's main attraction.

Ours gets used a lot. Running a dance company we list all our events on there. Plus a lot of our users organise social events and the calendar is a great way to track what is coming up.

Plus with the event attendance option keeping tabs on who would like to come is very much easier than having people write in the thread they are coming along.
