Hmm, when ran a forum, I didnt have any strange rules, exept: "No linking to HACK sites"
It was a forum about hackes, but i didnt want to get it logged by using links.
I took this measure because someone told me that your forum could get hacked etc . etc.
But i fund out later none of this was tur, i was a n00b at the time :)
