I am a new member of the board and am also a new user of vBulletin. Great board and easy to use.

I have a user that is reporting that she can not post to the board. I checked her permissions and everything looks good. I also changed her password and logged in as her and posted without issue. has anyone ever had this problem before? If so how was it resolved?

I have a user that is reporting that she can not post to the board.Unfortunately, that is a little vague. In what way can she not post to the board? Are buttons greyed out, or can she not find them? Can she not see the message sections or the threads? I suspect she is having trouble figuring out the interface, rather than having a permissions problem.

You probably need to ask her to describe what specific steps she is taking to post. The answer may lead you to a solution.

The user is reporting that she logged in and when she tries to post a reply it gives her the message that she is not logged in. She is using AOL on a PC. A thought that I had was that she may be using the AOL browser. She has not reported that there were any grayed out buttons.

I have a MAC with Safari and logged in as her and posted replies without issue. I will try and get some more specific info.
