Inspired by Floris' question about # of staff, I wanted to take a slightly different perspective on it.
Do you have any sort of an idea approximately how long it takes to either catch an issue or respond to a reported issue?
For example, if there is a spam post - how long does it generally take you/your staff before it is removed?

My sites sees on average 300 post a day. There is 2 mods and myself as the admin. Usually the response time is an hour or two I would guess. Depends if any mods are on or not. If they are on then the time is minutes. I'm going to add two more mods to the line up.
We had two issues that hang around a bit to long. One last week was a porn post that was there for five hours.
And the other night I password protected my testing site, after I did that users kept getting the login screen for the test site on the main site. I had some images linked to the test site which caused the login screen to show on the main site. So that was going on for three hours.
Now a couple members want to be able to get a hold of me in case some other emergency. Like email to a cell phone some how.

It normally takes me around 30 minutes to an hour for me to get rid of a spammer or something like that.
The reason is im always on the forum, cept when i sleep.

beacuse if someone is a new in a forum, and he want to see and post at a lot of threads at a time, so i put 5 seconds.(if you have a lot of moderators and admins you don't have to worry about bots etc...)
