For those of you that have made changes to templates (or even source code!) how do you deal with the upgrade process? Obviously you do not want to overwrite your work but you also don't want to go through each modified template (which may be just about every one!) and find the changes...

So, do you have a certain process you use to ease the burden of upgrading your board?

The template diff tool works wonders. :3

I mostly stick to plugins, so I don't even touch the vB source.

I just not going to upgrade from 3.6.7 PL1

just upgrade it at all :p
