I would love to know how much it cost to stat your board it, Personally it cost me about 300 dollars to start mine because I already had hosting.

Me? It cost about $200 to start things up... everything else I do myself (modifications, styles, and anything else). My members also donate to share some of the cost as well. :D

$660 included one year hosting and support. We have a very busy board so needed dedicated and needed bandwidth.

I'd say about 140$, hosting/domain was donated, we only had to buy a shared license and a style, I've done everything else myself - didn't do any advertising though as the board is highly specific.

I have a small site, about $400 that was for Vb, the skin, domain name and hosting.

about 145 so far... I havent pumped any money into ad's yet though... I want to wait on that.

as for skins I do all my own skins, just edit to make things work with default icons and buttons chance colors and background images and poof good looking, simi-professional(even if they arent so original looking) seeming skins at a price a $0

I know a place that will give free hand made skins so I don't have to worry and I got a host so probably $160.
