Sometimes when I open Manage Attachments pop-up window, I got a blank pop-up window!! I'm using IE6 in Windows89 OS. I've installed JAVA Virtual machine, but still facing same problem!! :confused:

I've installed some hacks, but I could not remember them ... Try to think about this and see which hack makes this problem. But, we have to stop in this point for a moment!! I do have some users using Windows98 and they do not have this problem :confused: ??

Also have you tried using a different browser. I would tyr Mozilla or Opera and see what happens there.

I am leaning towards it being a problem with your browser though.

There is a possibility that the file might be corrupted, which is why I wanted to see your forums. Does it only happen to YOU or are other people reporting it? If so, try fixing the hack or overwriting that file with the back up. Modding the files can cause either error or blank white page. Which is both sign of errors in your PHP. White page mean a code is broken, error means a php syntax is bad. Look over that.

the problem does happened with me only, and other people who have same OS and browser don't have this problem!!! It's mean there are no errors in the code, and the file is not corrupted.

Hmm. It would not have anything to do with the popup blocker because it doesnt produce "blank page", it would cause it to not appear at all. Have you messed with the security settings or anything? What HAVE you done to try to fix this and did you report this to Vbulletin.com?
