We're pretty much set up, but I haven't been able to find how to edit the forum rules, which users have to agree to before they can join. Currently, they check a box but there's nothing to read. Where do I find that?

In the admincp you have languages & phrases > search in phrases > enter the text you think is unique and wish to change. You can find the results there and edit them in their English translation box.
