Hello. I'm very interesting which support do you provide for your customers? I'm reseller. I have reseller account with www.********.biz (http://www.********.biz). They provide indoors support fo0r my customers and I have never been worry about providing support for my customers. But I have heard that there are
a third-party support over there. What is more profitable indoors support or third-party support?
What do you run or prefer?

I think there are advantges and disadvantages of using outsource. It's very cheap but not always reliable.

Yes, it's cheap but you know sometimes it's very suitable. For example Indians work good.

Inhouse support is quite good. But I know some companies which provide good support (outsoursing). I think that both variants are good to go with.

If ********.biz do offer inhouse support it means that you have just promote your own business.
How much does it cost?
