Im wanting to run a FULL backup of everything
All members/posts/threads/files etc.

I was thinking of phpmyadmin but it always times out...
And my host 1and1 dosen't support cpanel

What should I do?

(Also not just getting the full backup, Has to be a way to restore of course ) :)

What about the program you use to ftp to your site? Does it provide for backup?

Ipswitch WS_FTP Professional 2007 is what my host recomended....they also have the phpmyadmin but for backups the ws_ftp is so much easier, at least for me

For backing up you may use the third patry.
I would never rely on the third party in these questions, I use my hosters's backup, and also my own backups on my computer.
