HostinGuru 5th October 2006, 05:50 AM Just like the title says what host provider do you use? Chroder 5th October 2006, 06:14 AM I'm using HostMaven :) I also have an account on DreamHost that I got for $30 for a whole year when I found a good coupon code. I couldn't pass that up ;) They've had lots of negative reviews, but they're not bad from what I've experienced so far. vbcorolla 5th October 2006, 06:17 AM I use a friends dedicated server. I have the 'hook-up' so I get away with lots of clock cycles per $ :D iardon 5th October 2006, 10:33 PM I just switched from dehe.com to dotable.com. Been very pleased so far. Timewalk 8th October 2006, 06:06 AM I have a dedicated server with The Planet "ServerMatrix" Killswitch 10th October 2006, 09:41 PM I've heard alot of great things about The Planet. At the moment, I am with Hostony.com, and they are absolutly horrible. I have spent the last month searching for a new host with dedi. servers at resonable cost. GoDaddy seems pretty good so far. I asked them about their network cards; they come with 10MBPS but said they could upgrade me to 100 upon request. I/ve heard godaddy don't upgrade their PHP and MySQL versions on a regular basis, but if your getting a dedicated server, then you won't have that issue. I would still recommend The Planet for a dedicated server though.. :) Martin 16th October 2006, 09:49 PM Moved to correct forum. I have a dedicated server with dediwebhost.com and can't really complain about it, never had to use the support yet! AdolFF 19th October 2006, 01:36 PM I've used www.******.net (http://www.******.net) Floris 19th October 2006, 06:08 PM viper.uk.net and hostmaven.com and asmallorange.com and a bunch of others. Disjunto 19th October 2006, 08:54 PM my host is so bad, it won't be named. but i'll be switching some time soon lsatblu 6th November 2006, 06:05 AM I have been using ASmallOrange for a couple months now. So far I haven't had any problems with them and every time I needed help with switching a domain or something, they were happy to help. They also have a message board where you can talk to other people who are hosted there. :) Onimua 6th November 2006, 09:03 PM I've been using A Small Orange for about a year... very good host. :) I haven't had any issues of any kind, and when I did (like MySQL decided to stop a couple of times), a simple support ticket and less than an hour later I was back on track. Robert 6th November 2006, 11:22 PM I am now with IX Hosting. I find them very reliable, affordable and their support staff are very efficient. I use to have a dedicated server with the Planet, but it was getting very expensive, so I have downscaled and am loving the savings. :) ganz77 8th November 2006, 04:27 PM I use ******.net DiverTree 24th December 2006, 05:12 PM MJWebHosting Kamal has been extremely helpful and is well versed with vB. his dedication and support has been outstanding and surprising. he even offered to set up my message board for me. i think that hes raised the bar for costomer satisfaction. merry christmas everyone!!! Alkah 26th December 2006, 12:46 AM Jamroll.net OMG they have such great service and are 100% free! Ive had so many domains hosted with them. Right now, they are having some "issues" but none the less they arent too bad. Its free, so you cant complain. lavrentiy 26th December 2006, 11:50 AM But using a free hosting is not a reliable thing at all. And surely you can't demand anything from them. Shazz 26th December 2006, 09:18 PM 1and1 more info at 1and1.com ForumGirls 27th December 2006, 03:55 AM ......... i will look at their web site business and take a pick ... i still look for new host for my forum!!!!! thank you for posting what U use. adb22791 27th December 2006, 04:58 AM I've got a dedicated at Steadfast Networks (http://www.steadfast.net/). Their network is probably one of the best east coast (US) networks I've ever used. Alex Disjunto 28th December 2006, 01:22 PM I switched to hostmaven.com a few weeks back.. best choice I could have made zhangziyi777 3rd April 2007, 01:29 PM yurx.com www.Yurx.com/index.php?referrerid=3389 (http://www.vbulletin-fans.com/www.Yurx.com/index.php?referrerid=3389) or http://www.110mb.com (http://www.110mb.com/) Robert 3rd April 2007, 03:07 PM I am now with IX Hosting.
