Hello , before i can manage my vbulletin i have to fix 1 bug , so i am from bulgaria and we use windows-1251 or we call it Cyrilic :P
Cyrilic ont the forum works but when i try to make a forum with longer than 15 characters name , i see only these 15 characters the others are gone , please help me !

Wow, that is really strange. I haven't run into this problem before! If you have already set the right ISO language setting and still get this then perhaps your version is not up to date? Are you running 3.6.1 - if so .. this might be a bug? Try reporting it to vbcom bug report site?

mhm , i can explain you , i am vb user from 2 weeks ago , before that i was ipb user , with ipb i used windows-1251 , i tried to make database with cp1251 , and then to change the config.php , but no effect... I dont think that this is a bug.
