I would like to ask how to find threads with the same names posted in different places (not similar threads, I don't know the names of the threads - just general search - vBulletin Version 3.5.1)

Hmm, not that I know of. I had a quick look around the system, but could not immediatly see an option for this.

BTW, you should really upgrade your forum software to 3.5.3 as there are security holes in the version you are running. What is the url of your forum?

Perhaps try looking on vBulletin.org too. There are many great hacks there, so I'm sure theres got to be something like that there...
