Hey everyone, I'm currently involved with re-organising my staff in order to get things done quicker and be more efficient. I was wondering how other boards were organised or optimisied their staff structure to keep everything ticking right along. I know some people just have
Admins
Super Mods
Mods
But I know some people think outside the box a bit more and have some pretty nifty ways to set staff up. How do you guys set up your staff?

I will write a more detailed responce in a moment (time to catch some rays), but in short i only have super mods. I found that if a mod (who could only moderate forum X, locked a thread and then split part of it off to forum Y, he was then unable to unlock the new thread he had created.
He then had to ask a mod of that forum or admin to unlock it. A logistic nightmare.
But i do think it is a good idea to assign staff to forums. That way not part of your board gets neglected. Also, it makes it easier for users to ask for help rather than picking on one staff member only. Like I do Floris. :)

Mods - Power over specific forums
Junior Mods - Power over specific forums, but don't have access to some staff forums and are recognized as "we'll see how it works out" ;)
