Hello friend. this is my first post in this forum.
I am a new user to vBulletin and currently running Version 3.5.0 .. trying to learn features .. so the questions i ask might be silly but it would help to with lots of things ... Can anyone help me with How to give access rights to the members, like rights to a perticular thread, or certain level, and so on.

Lets say i want to make a member Moderator and wants to give access to him only sertain sections on my thread. and have limited access. Where would i go to make thoes changes :)

I think you mean certain sections of your forum?

You can do that by adding a user as a moderator of a specific forum.

vBulletin AdminCP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager

Then in the moderators column just choose add moderator.
