Have you tried out the Hack Tracking Log? If so, what did you think of it?
This thread is meant to be a collection of impressions, good and bad, for the Hack Tracking Log. Any discussions, bug reports and other such things should go in a different/new thread. This thread is only for impressions of the HTL. And only from those who have Installed and Tried it, for at least 1 hack other than the HTL itself.
I'll kick-start it with a quote from Faranth:
I will say however, that the HTL makes it very simple to install a hack, granted the person making the installer makes sure they do everything right on their end! It took me all of 10 minutes to install the HTL, and another 3 to install a hack released for the HTL.

I've installed it on my forums and i have to say AT LAST the hack maker's life has been made easier!!!! We can now have a standard for all vb hacks
Superb job!!! i would recommend this being intergrated into vb 3.1!! just like other amazing hacks have been in the past!

This is the best hack ever made for any bulletin board version ever. I think that sums it up pretty nicely.

After beta testing this and seeing the results I have come to the following conclusion. Kura you have done an outstanding job and have finally provided the vb community a standard which has been lacking since day one. You have my full support!

I am very impressed with the HTL... I think that not only was the idea well thought out, it was also well implemented.
In some hacks (and programs), some features / designs do not seem to be meant for each other, giving he impression that the creator / programmer originally had more "grand" ideas and had to "scrap" them do to unforseen problems (i.e. - too grandiose, too many errors, did not work, etc.). This is not the case with the HTL. Everything seems to fit perfectly together like everything was planned and implemented just as planned (whether that was the case, I do not know ;)).
I can see various levels of interest in the HTL. My main reason for downloading it was not for installing others hacks or even creating hack for vb.org, but to create, maintain, and organize my own hacks. Thankfully, the HTL is so cool that once I do that, a few more clicks and I can easily distribute the hack(s) to vb.org (should I decide to).
There are some that download it for just easy of installation of hacks and upgrading / re-installing of hacks, which it will do wonders with. And there are some that download it primarily to create and distribute hacks to vb.org, which it amazingly zips right through and the hacker can spend more time making bigger, better, and / or more hacks...
Well, how was that? :D

I'm going on a limb now and qouting McDonalds:
"I'm lovin it."
The HTL has made my life much easier as it allows me to create and maintain working vB3 mods and addons!

I haven't played around with it much, but the moment I actually have time to make good work with it I will definetly use it in every way I can and recommend everyone.
If you are a hacker I recommend you to use this to make and distribute your hacks and if you aren't I recommend you to install it so you can at least play with the hack creator part (not to mention easy installation!)

The life of being an admin just got better, thanks to the HTL. The HTL cuts down the time taken to install major hacks, like the Arcade by a good 30 mins or more! I can't wait until it is developed further and the HTL 1.1 is released.
