I don't know where to put this, so this will have to do.

In previous versions of vBulletin, I've seen an option for using cookies to store the session id, or to add them to the links. I see now that the option is removed, but not every trace of it.

User CP --> Option --> Login, Cookies & Privacy

Now am I missing something here, or is it just something that's been forgotten and should/will be removed in the nearby future?

Check that page out as a registered member, it looks a bit different I think.

Umm, if I didn't, could I post? ;)
I'm registered and logged in.

If you want, I can provide screenshots of what I see.

Snap66 is the top half of the page, snap67 is the bottom half.
Enjoy. :p

I think he means that even though the header says "Login, Cookies & Privacy", only the privacy part is covered ("Invisible Mode"). It's the case on vbulletin.com as well, I just checked.

I think you can only browse using cookies, .. maybe it is still from the old vb2 templates. Hopefully this is solved in beta 5 or the final version.

Guess we'll have to wait and see about that...

If you run beta 6 now, can you please see how it now?
