I've learned my lessons, every moderator below 21 years of age is a 10% less quality to your community, omgawd, I have decided to just be the bad guy and removed all my moderators below 21 years of age for all of them have at one time or the other abused power, bend the rules too much or banned users without warning or just misbehaved. They take down the quality by the way they post and can't take criticism professionally. They always go 'you attack me personally!'.... SIGH.. ditched them, and I am left with 22, 29, 30, 30, and 39 year olds. And since last month, and since last month the posts have increased! There are more members singing up and people feel more welcome. I feel guilty, but only for a small part, I really think it helped my community. And I really think it helps me in the long run.
