Has anyone seen or heard anything about the CMS that's supposadly going to be made/released for vBulletin? All I know is that the 3.5 is suppose to add in the things it needs, and the developers haven't really mentioned anything else about the issue. Would anyone here use a vBulletin CMS? It might be rather cool, but I think adding a CMS to an existing vBulletin might radically change things. I guess it'd be sort of cool, considering it'd integrate into vBulletin more so than any other current CMS. I know there's a few that integrate already, but they're pretty rough (or in the case of SubDreamer, too expensive!)

I really can't give any information of course, if I even know anything hehe, but I do hope the CMS is something I could use. I suspect to at least install and demo it off on my websites.

If the CMS never gets made, what alternatives are there and do they cost money? If you know please post so here.

I like the vBadvanced portal as it easy to use and free. The add on's you have to purchase but they are worth the money. The big question will be is jelsoft going to charge for it or include it with vbulletin.

I am giving my friend a pre-public release version of BB.home.page . It should be uploaded to http://www.differentdistrict.com/ later this year and this distro integrates with phpBB

Mambo is about the only "real" CMS from the list that teamrocketman provied. vbAdvacned and vbIndex aren't really content management systems, more simple portals, and BB.home.page is still a myth :-)

Unfortunatly, Mambo's integration with vBulletin still isn't fantastic, although a lot of people are working on making it easier.

Fingers crossed, Jelsoft will have their CMS solution released by the end of the year. :)

thats true about being portals as apposed to be CMS. It will still be interesting to see what Jelsoft entry will look like.

vBAdvancedCMS is what I've been using, and it is really nice, though I would like an officially supported one, if for no other reason than security/bug fixes :)

I'm using vBAdvanced as my main page.
If a CMS comes from Jelsoft, it is more than welcomed.
(an' i hope for no extra cost)

I'm also hoping that the Jelsoft CMS will be free, but it's very unlikely :)
