How many of you have used the free vbulletin.com support options, like ticket support or pre sales or forum support?
Share your experiences.

C.Birch 7th June 2005, 01:20 AM I have used the support forums before and got helpped personaly by one of the team what was great. I also hang around for anything being posted that i might be able to help other users with.

Aros 7th June 2005, 01:33 AM I bought 2 licenses recently (on different times) and I paid through paypal. Unfortunally on both occasions something went wrong when paying through paypal, I filled out a ticket for both of those times where I had to fill in the paypal receipt. All was taken care of quickly, very nice!
DarkWarriorXII 7th June 2005, 02:09 AM I've only used the ticket system twice. I had some sales questions prior to buying a license which I used the public forums. I've also had some small questions which I used the public forums for as well.

Azhria Lilu 7th June 2005, 12:07 PM I used a support ticket when I reformated my computer and forgot to write down my membership details, to make matters worse the email address I had registered was no longer in use and I'd forgotten to change it at the time LOL.. some weird person called Floris sorted it out for me ;)
Daniel P 7th June 2005, 01:46 PM I know I have asked a question or two through the support system, but nothing else. When I don't know something (low-level support) I always ask in #vbfans.

Couch 7th June 2005, 04:53 PM I dont think I've ever had to ask a question. Any things I wanted to know I have been able to answer through searching the forums.
Isis 7th June 2005, 09:51 PM I have asked a couple of questions in the forum, but I tend to exhaust all other options before asking for help. I've used the ticket system too and received a prompt response.

bigcurt 25th June 2005, 08:55 PM I am STILL trying to change all my info on my license..you need ALOT of info to change your info on a vB license..but I understand they do it for security.
